Can I get a same-day appointment? Do you offer walk-in clinic services?
Yes, if there is availability within our calendar, you can make an appointment on the same day. The booking page shows the availability and also provides the option to book an appointment online. In addition, we accept walk-ins and triage depending on the urgency, but patients with appointments will have priority unless there is a minor emergency.
What is your new patient procedure?
New patients need to fill out the registration form and provide an ID. If planning to use medical insurance, the card or insurance information must be provided to us. We recommend new patients arriving 15 minutes early to their appointment.
Are your services covered by my insurance?
We do not work with all medical insurance companies. The insurance information needs to be provided to check the coverage. We estimate to be working with the major insurance companies by July 2024. We are working to get in the network with the major insurance companies.
Psychological evaluations for Immigration Cases
Our evaluation process is simple and efficient:
