Farley Hernandez-Bolivar is a caring and experienced orthopedic surgeon who has been dedicated to orthopedic specialty and sports medicine for over 30 years. He holds a degree in orthopedic surgery from UCLA - Barquisimeto, Venezuela, and his work is driven by a passion for helping individuals restore their physical health and mobility to lead an active life.​ He focuses on comprehensive clinical evaluations to optimize patients’ physical condition, allowing them to perform daily activities, work, and sports with ease. Patients appreciate his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality care.

Wan Jung has been a caring, experienced Registered nurse for over 10 years and a certified nurse practitioner who is dedicated to healthcare. She holds an Adult-Gerotology primary care Nurse practitioner certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a Wound Care Certified Certification from the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy. She completed her Master of Science from UTHealth Houston-Cizik School of Nursing in 2023. She is driven by a passion for primary care, wound care, and aesthetic medicine, including Botox and dermal filler injections. She has experience at Oakbend Medical Center, Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital, and Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital of Katy as a Registered Nurse.
Liliana C. Hernandez

Director of Psychology at Clinica Vital, where she oversees mental health services and fosters a compassionate, client-centered approach to care. With nearly a decade of experience in mental health, she holds a Bachelor’s in Communications and Spanish and a Master’s in Counseling Education. Liliana is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (Texas) and a TLHT Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Florida), specializing in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). She has completed extensive training in Mindful Self-Compassion, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Perinatal Mood Disorders, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and other trauma-related areas.

Passionate about working with women, immigrants, and survivors of trauma, Liliana is a dedicated advocate for marginalized populations. She has conducted forensic evaluations for immigration cases, supporting survivors of trafficking, domestic violence, and asylum seekers. Known for her compassion, empathy, and expertise, she leads with a collaborative approach, supporting clients and LPC-Associates alike.
Maria Beatriz Badell

María Beatriz Badell is a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate in Texas, supervised by Liliana Hernandez, MEd, LPC-S, PMH-C. Originally from Venezuela, she earned a degree in Psychology with a major in Clinical Psychology before moving to the U.S. to complete a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling at Carlos Albizu University, Miami. She is currently pursuing a systemic therapy certification accredited by CertiProf. She specializes in helping women navigate interpersonal relationships, manage emotions, and supporting parents of children on the autism spectrum. At Clínica Vital, she conducts forensic psychological evaluations for survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, workplace mistreatment, and other crimes. Fluent in Spanish and English, she is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.
